I work at the intersection of AI, risk, and financial services — helping teams put AI into regulated decisions without losing control of them. My focus is what I call strategic translation: connecting technical capability to regulatory expectation to business outcome, so governance becomes something that enables growth rather than blocks it.

The belief underneath all of it: AI can make the call faster, but a human decides it’s the right one. Humans design these systems, and humans stay accountable for them. This site collects how I think about that work, and the tools I build to prove it out.
